Gear Stream is looking for an exceptional Lean-Agile Process Change / Transformation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and supporting teams in the adoption of Agile management and engineering practices to enable successful multi-project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to work ‘hands on’ with client executives and development teams.


The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for high-priority, high-profile internal projects and programs. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

· Work with various groups to motivate and ensure timelines are met and problems are resolved should they arise, as well as lead multi-functional core teams through process and deliverables utilizing the Agile methodology and framework


· Offer expertise in streamlining internal processes in multiple technological areas

· Business Process Management


· Negotiation and planning/​scheduling of process/​content adjustments necessary to realize benefits of recommended improvements


-   Organizes, plans and ensures the execution of all program components and deliverables through core and extended team members


· Work with Project Managers, Business Analysts and other internal resources towards project / transformation completion


· Establishment of influential cross-group relationships that amplify messaging and ensure recommendations are instituted


· Negotiation and planning/​scheduling of process/​content adjustments necessary to realize benefits of recommended improvements


· Work with development and management teams to ensure that process efficiency is effectively measured


· Ownership of program customer/​partner satisfaction assessment and analysis


· Evangelize and help develop organizational change management self-sustaining capability


- Focus on Knowledge Worker Collaborations, like software or product development, utilizing Lean / Agile methodogies



Requirements include:

· Ideal candidate should be able to step into this high level role to lead several Agile Scrum Masters (over many product lines, product groups)

· Minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in technology, to include project or program management, business processes, technical design, or related application, web or
database development experience

· Minimum of 5 years experience in managing projects in a technical environment, expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies

-   Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-10 years in Technical Program Management

-   Must have worked on a minimum of 4-5 Agile implementations, experience with Agile methodologies and Practices (e.​g.​ test-driven development, feature-driven development, continuous integration, user stories, Scrum)

· Must be comfortable and articulate in challenging change management scenarios, knowing when to insert self and when to fade back, individual must be an excellent listener with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills

· Must be persuasive and comfortable interacting with all levels of customers, from line developer to C/VP level

· Must have experience leading organizational change management, including excellent facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as outstanding presentation and public speaking skills

- Must be familiar with Demand Management, IT Ops & SDLC and/or Product Development utilizing Lean & Agile methodologies

-   Demonstrated experience in driving cross-group continual improvement initiatives

-   Contextual awareness of multi-dimensional interfaces between business trajectory, cultural readiness, process implementation, automation and business intelligence

-    Able to demonstrate success leveraging a shared prioritization framework

-    Mastery of business requirements documentation required

-   Experience with working with hardware groups, as well as in the software development life-cycle including maintenance, administration and management
